It's Hard...

to make time to exercise.

to suppress anger.

to do push ups.

to stay calm in a messy house.

to yodel.

to quit whining.

to find the "perfect" time to do an extra project because the basics are never completely done.

to  practice.

to figure out what to do today when I don't know what will happen tomorrow.

to do things that aren't easy.
